It is a telemarketing company. They are based in Ladue, Mo. Don't call them back, they will never take you off the no- call list. So just grin and bear it. And suffer with them to keep calling. Do what I do, if someone really wants to get ahold of you they will leave you a message. so what I saw let it ring, or get a call blocker app.

Caller has called everyday including Sundays, sometimes as later as 10 pm. They never leave a message and I refuse to answer the call until they do. I really would like an actual message left, or for the calls to stop. My sleep is interrupted, my calls are ****arded with them beeping in. This place calls constantly and many times in one day, never leaving a message. I have been receiving these calls for months. I have called back and used their automated system to remove my number from their calling list. I have done this at least 4 times and they continue to call. If you press "0" to talk to an operator, you get a message that all representatives are busy but you can press "1" to remove your number from their calling list. Yet, they continue to call. I cannot figure out how to get them to stop. Unfortunately, my only number is a cell phone number. The Missouri Do Not Call registry does not apply to cellular phones. So, I cannot file a complaint with the Attorney General. I may answer the next call and see if telling an actual person to remove my number helps. Definitely not a good way to handle business, but I guess if you call enough people often enough you get some newspaper sales.

They're pretty persistent. Tip: If you have AT&T Wireless, add the feature "Smart Limits for Wireless". For $4.99/mo , you can actually BLOCK up to 15 phone #'s from calling your cellphone, even if they use the same phone # and decide to get slick and mark it a private #, it won't fool the call block feature, but it will only work if they call from the same #. For your land line phone, contact your local phone company and add call blocking to your account. This should take care of it. Worked for me :-)

The lady said the Syracuse Newspaper is offering $20 gift card you can use at P&C, Wegman's but you have to pay $5 for newspaper subscription for 13 weeks. They asked for my name and address. But I was very hesitant to give my credit card information because I am afraid they are SCAMMERS! Luckily I did or they might have ID thefted me already. They lured me to the $20 gift card. But towards the end it sounded fishy when they were being very insistent especially when I do not know them at all.
