I have had several calls from this number. A couple of days ago they stated they wanted to conduct an insurance survey. They called a***n last night. I told them I already declined to take their survey and told her not to call back. She stated that if I would take the survey they would stop calling me. I told her to stop calling or I would report her to the FTC. She replied that there was nothing they could do about it. I then told her I would s**** recording these calls and report to the FTC. She continued to be rude and stated that nothing could be done to stop the calls. I asked for her home phone number so I could call and bug her. She rattled off about five numbers and ***g up.

1st call wanted to speak to my Hispanic husband and wanted to know what time my husband will be home so he could speak with him, when I told my my husband is out and that I am on the do not call list he told me it was for marketing research and they do not have to follow the fcc guidlines. He also told me he would not stop calling unless he heard that from my husband. Tried calling number back and of course it gave me a recorded message that the number is not in service. I work for a phone co and all people have to follow the FCC guidlines. I did call my local police department to s**** file a case. I recommend all do the same. The more records we can get the better chance we have to get this stopped. I also contacted the FCC and gv the telephone number on my caller Id 312-775-1287 and Synovate for the company name. Do not say yes to anything you are asked and do not push any ****ons on your phone if they ask you to. It is a scam!!!!

I got a call from Synovate asking for my opinion last night. I told them I was not interested and to remove me from their list. You'd thing a smart person would say ok, they don't want a call so I will remove them. WRONG. They call me a***n today early in the morning to try a***n. I let that idiot have it. Told them if they were a hairs breath from getting charged with harassment so of course the ***** ***g up. I called them back because I wanted to make sure I was completely removed from their ****** list and got a automated response saying they don't accept incoming calls. I did get the number of their corp (866-320-4607) so I called that ready to give them more of my rage. Even that is an automated number! At least they have the option to be removed from their list there. If they call a***n, I am calling the police and filing a report.

I am not remotely impressed with Synovate. I have been contacted several other times mostly for rightwing political questions. When asked if I was very likely, somewhat likely, unlikely or very unlikely to vote, I told the voice on the other end that I had ALREADY VOTED BY MAIL. She continued to demand that I answer whether I was very likely etc. They did not even have the correct answer in my case. The correct answer in my case was "Already voted", the semicorrect answer was "certain." As long as they continue to call me, I will continue to answer their ****** questions MY WAY. Perhaps they will get the point, or at least bug off.

They keep calling, so the last call, (3in one week) I lost my cool and told them to stop calling, using some choice words in between) I told them I already said I wasn't interested, they said it was some sort of poll. A woman called me from this number and said she was calling to get my opinion. I cut her off and told her I was an AMERICAN that had been without work for a year and I did not appreciate her company hiring her since by her voice, I could tell she was NOT AN AMERICAN. They want to record a "Yes" so they can have that as evidence that you want to c****e your long distance service to the company that hired them.
