Apparently they present themselves as a political survey, promising free travel (trip, cruise, etc) for answering questions, but they are an iden***y theft scam. Well it looks like the bad guys are back and they have a new number they are using to get your information. That number is (312) 765-7460. The call originates out of the great Chicago Illinois area but it is connected to bad people who are after a lot more than your opinion on the nation’s economy. The economy is the reason they say they are calling and in exc****e for your time they are offering a free cruise. In reality your personal information is what they are after and the only guarantee you’ll get is your life will be made a living***** by some iden***y thief.If you are fortunate enough not to have your personal security violated then your telephone number and information will then be sold to other marketing companies. Remember you need to register your number, wireless phones too, with the National Do Not Call Registry if you do not want to be bothered by telemarketing calls. For some reason it’s still okay for every politician who is running for anything to call you with out fear of repercussion but at least you won’t have the pre-arranged funeral people and the siding and window people bothering you at dinner. The bottom line is this bit of advice. If you don’t know the number, don’t answer the call, that is why you have voice mail right? If it’s important enough they will leave you a message and you can get back to them after you have checked out their story.

Spammer some kind of survey scam made up all kind of **** to tell them then they ask me for a list of contacts told me a big line o **** for the reason they need them so I gave them a whole list of BS people I made up. I like ***kin with these pieces of ****

Call both my personal and work cells in 1 hour. No one on phone, **** up when answered. ****ume spam of some sort, probably looking for fax numbers.

I hate it when anyone interupts me while I am talking business and especially when you cannot find their number listed. They called on my cell phone.

Rang, ***g up quickly. My guess is some type of robotic caller cataloging valid numbers. All the better to sp you with in the future.

Ha the ring back tone is The Termimator saying "Hasta la vista, baby" over and over a***n before saying not a working number.

They don't leave a message. Looks like a SCAM TIME SHARE ****!!! Don't answer for this number! Eventually they will stop calling!

Another spammer. No message. I'm on the DNC list but that doesn't matter to them. I'm wondering if spammers run the DNC!!

Called back two hours after they called and ***g up on me, and it said the number was disconnected!

Didn't answer.****umed it was spam. Get these out of area calls all the time on Verizon. Getting old now.
