Like all of these other people, I got the same phone call. Pressed 9 - I'm no idiot. However, I ALSO went online to the Do Not Call Registry and filed a complaint. It is easy, no hassle, free, and I do this every time I get an unsolicited call. (1) I have registered every phone number I have - you can register from the phone you are listing, or register any phone(s) online. (2) I found out that it is illegal even for legitimate surveyors to use pre-recorded messages - if they are legitimate, there will be a live person at the other end of the line. Seriously, complaining feels great, but then DO so****ing. If enough complaints are received about a number or business, the Feds shut them down. Two numbers that I reported - several times, as they kept calling back - are no longer in use.

Yep, the old survey routine... they'll promise to remove your number, but you'll s**** getting calls a***n in a few months... You can add them to the list of companies that ignores Do Not Call. I found a call blocker a few months ago at http://www.BlockTelemarketers.net that works really well... with the push of a ****on it permanently blocks any more calls from an unwanted phone number. It's been a godsend, as I think I'm on every phone SPAM list in the world.
