Message left for me on home phone from David. He stated he was with the National Telemarketing Victim Call Center which works to prevent consumer fraud. Stated backed by FINRA which supposedly works a***nst all fraud especially on Wall Street. He informed me that my name and address were on a list seized during a raid of an illegal telemarking company. Since names and addresses are easy to come by I am certain this is bogus, but to what end?????

Asked this guy David how he retained my phone number and address. He said a list was unlawfully seized and that he was warning people on the list not to be scammed. When I asked what company seized the records of phone numbers, he told me Pacific Network and Consulting. Not sure I believe him. When I did a search for this company and called, it was disconnected.
