http://www.receivablesperformance.com/ 310-401-1240 is one of many, many different telephone numbers belonging to and used by Receivables Performance Management (RPM) in Lynnwood, Washington 98036. RPM is a debt collector for Direct TV. I have NEVER, NEVER been a subscriber to Direct TV. My current cable, telephone and internet subscriber is Comcast/Xfinity for which I have been a subscriber since 2000, and before Comcast, my cable, internet and telephone ISP was AT&T going back to the late 80's. NOT ONE TIME have I ever received any demand payment notices or letters in the mail since February 2011. The ONLY thing this tells me is that RPM has my cell phone number, but not my two residential addresses or my two different PO Box numbers here in Mountain View, CA 94041, hence the reason why I'm not receiving any demand payment notices. Receivables Performance Management 20816 44th Ave W. Lynnwood, WA 98036 POSTAL ADDRESS PO Box 1548 Lynnwood, WA 98036 Phone: (425) 412-2600 Fax: (888) 203-3640 There are ***dreds of complaints on various web sites. 1) http://www.ripoffreport.com/collection-agency-s/receivables-performa/receivables-performance-manage-6dd0e.htm 2) http://complaintwire.org/complaint/zosBAAAAAAA/receivables-performance-management-rpm 3) http://www.collector***posed.com/forum/index.php/topic/3227-receivab******formance-management/ 4) http://www.brinkmanandalter.com/lawyer-attorney-1906054.html 5) http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-310-401-1240 6) http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/3104011240 Telephone calls to my cellphone began last year in February 2011, and since that time, up to and including this message as of today date, Thursday, November 15, 2012, I have received an incredible/unbelievable 866 calls. The "call blocking" software installed on my cell phone DOES NOT allow my cell phone to ring, chirp, buzz or beep because the "blocked calls" are answered and disconnected in a nano-second of receiving the call, therefore, I'm not being annoyed, bothered or harrassed. My call blocking software also has the ability to not only block unlimited "individual" telephone numbers, but it also has the ability to block unlimited "area codes", unlimited "international country codes" and ALL toll free numbers...800,855,866,877,888...which telemarketers and collection agencies like to use. Since the 1st of November, RPM has called 42 times as of todays date. It's not until I decide to check my incoming call block list that I see where these dumb sh*t idiots have called so many, many times. I strongly suspect that by the end of December or the 1st of January, the total number of calls will have reached 1000+. The only thing I do is laugh and shake my head. Regards to all, and best of luck. RS_94041 THURSDAY 15 NOVEMBER 2012
