It's Credit One Bank. They are calling because you owe them money on a credit card. However, they call from several different phone numbers from various area codes and the caller ID always reads "anonymous"

any one know who this is. they call at all hours and 7 days a week. they left a message but just repeating my name a***n and a***n "*****o, is **** there". doesnt sound like an office in the background to much noise in the back.
