This phone number is being used as if it were for an EBay Buyer Protection program where they ask you to send a moneygram payment for a supposed vehicle that you have emailed with a seller about. The listings for the vehicle appeared on Craig's List with a seller name of Carol Williams. The supposed eBay Financial ****yst is listed as ***ndon Higgins. Do NOT fall for this scam or you will lose money paid for a vehicle you will never receive.
