Received a second call from this number at 16:09 on 06 February 2010. Generally I do not pick up for numbers I don't recognize, but this time I did because I am getting very annoyed. The caller gave his name as "Andrew Summers". He claimed to be calling from a firm called "SPB" and claimed to want to conduct a survey on air quality in my area (Campbell River BC). I asked him if he was making a telemarketing call; he said no, it was a survey. Asked him if he was aware I an listed with both the Ca***ian Do Not Call list and "I Opt Out". He said that he was not aware of this. I asked him whether his organization kept a list of people they've been requested not to contact. He said yes. I told him I would like him to put my name on that list now. He said that he would do so. 111686-5924 is being called from my husbands phone. He isn't doing it. When I call the number it just says,"Test d241 is successful." I believe that it is a verizon feature being used. As to forward a call or to retrieve another persons calls via "spy technology". There is a site describibg test d241 but they use abbreviations that I don't understand. It's a verizon tech site. It's very frustrating to think that not only is my spouse checking up on me when all I do is in service to him. More frustrating to think that the local verizon salesman is helping him to do it! I do not know who this call is, I did not answer the phone. But, I can tell u that I was trying to sell an item on ebay and withing 1 hour the item was sold. After the day passed I received an fake email from the paypal stating that a payment had been processed through my paypal account. Interestingly, this supposedly global organization with "thousands of employees" and a "legal department" operates out of a small house in Las Vegas, NV 89147.In reality, Global Reach was set up in 2004 and amounts to little more than Jay Sherbondy, his****ociate/girlfriend/partner-in-crime Margaret "Peggy" Smith (the "President and CEO" of Global Reach, who also happens to own and reside in the house in Las Vegas), and whichever website designer he is scamming at the time. The company was set up with everything in Peggy Smith's name. The Las Vegas address is also Jay Sherbondy's current residence.

Received a call from this number at 10pm. I used to be a telemarketer and I know for a fact that they are NOT allowed to call after 9pm, and they are especially not allowed to call cell phones. I answered the call and a guy with a middle eastern accent asked me if I wanted to apply for a payday loan. Obviously if they are calling for different reasons, grants, magazines, payday loans, it has to be a scam. After asking the guy to remove me from the calling list, he said "okay, I will be happy to do that for you" and then continued to sell to me, not once, but twice. STOP CALLING ME!!!!

These numbers are from Costa Rica and shows up as Wyoming. All loans have over 1000% Interest rates. When trying to return acall it states it's disconnected. The other number is a prerecorded message you cannot get through to a real person.
