They are hackers and iden***y thieves. When they go to your login on banks,social media etc. They request a call. When the call comes in they get the codes to reset passwords etc, to take control of your iden***y,money,etc

This number is set up as my number on my voicemail..it's taken me awhile to realize why I kept seeing that number when it said I had a new voicemail.at first I thought it was a number I had a vmail from but then I realized NO that's not the case..can anyone give me anymore info on this and how and why this happened???
