Got a call from 305-921-4038 and searched their records. This is a VoIP so there is no telling who or even where they are. If you search and a web site offered to give you their info if you pay them, don't do it. Most they can tell you is that who owns the VoIP #, like Vonage or Google Voice. They can not tell you who is actually using the number.
