Saying he is "Mark Williams" and works for the US military as a Doctor; he has scammed my elderly ex-mother-in-law(she's 88) out of her entire life savings and retirement her deceased husband left her. (him and few others generating from these numbers). He has had her send money on Apple Cards, savings depleted, and loans she has taken out for this "man" who is supposed to have been her-a***n-to see her and take care of her. This guy(these guys) PREY on the elderly women and women gulliable enough, or who need their egos boosted enough to do everything they ask. He needs to be located and found and STOPPED. I'm sure this dear sweet woman is one of the MANY women they use for their income.
