Someone called my studio asking for photoshoot information using this number and the call kept cutting out. At one point my phone went into SOS . I texted them some information but when they didn't reply I texted again and the number auto-text replied to me that The phone number is no longer in service.

They contacted me saying there are publishers clearing house. When I gave them my Sob story of my cancer. They said they would call me back later. Is this a scam or is this truly clearing house? Unfortunately I don't know. Cause I do sign up for their lottery.
He sent a check to me from bank in Fort Worth, TX but phone number code is Florida. His name is Craig Tuggle.
