I called a number given to me by a supposed IRS rep It said there was a 30 minite wit time so IRS can call back. The previous number mentioned would ne from this area code. Silently came through so we didnt answer

Received a call around 10:35 am on 02/16/19 from this number, 304-707-3350. I did not answer because I was unfamiliar with the number. My caller id showed it was from Martinsburg, WV without a name. I called the number back later and did not get any answer in fact the phone did not ring. This was an unknown caller I cannot say if it were a scam or not.
