They are an advertising agency which collects public information from the yellowpages and sends thousands of pre-recorded messages and faxes. They have contacted thousands of people nationwide. It is illegal as they have violated the Do Not Call list, as well. If you have been contacted by this company, please forward your complaint to the Denver Better Business Bureau and the Colorado State Attorney General Office. You should also file your complaint with the Federal Communications Commission and Federal Trade Commission. Julie is FAKE according to other websites! The BBB of Denver suggests everyone file a complaint directly to them if they have been affected. Also file your complaint with the Colorado State Attorney General's Office. I am getting in touch with a group who is filing a class action lawsuit a***nst WestFax, Barry Clark, and its employees. Also contact your US Senator and Representatives for help.

I have contacted WestFax and had my numbers removed. I called the BBB and they told me to call the Do Not Call List. However, I don't have a "valid Colorado Area Code" and thus cannot do so.
