This number is (and several other numbers) are for World Financial Network National Bank. They are collectors for Chadwicks, Midnight Velvet, Brylane Home, and several other catalog companies. These companies send out catalogs in the mail with a small ($400.00)approved credit line for you to purchase items at "inflated prices". I get calls all the time for another person that I do not know. FL has a law a***nist harrassing phone calls; I probably get around 15 a day from this company using other nunbers to "skirt" around the FL law on harrassing phone calls. This company has a call center at 995 W. 122nd Ave. Denver, CO 80234-3417.Their CEO, J. Michael (Mike) Parks has a lot of automatic dialing equipment instead of a lot of service reps, so he has set up a system where we recieve10 or 15 calls in a weeks time, with no one on his end of the line. It is possible that he is billing his customers for the calls made, and not for any calls where his people actually talked to someone. He might have JC Penney as one of his big clients.

They have been calling my young daughters cell and asking for a woman we have never heard of. When she is at school she may receive ten calls in her eight hour day. I called them from our home phone explained the situation nicely, told them someone must have given my 13 year olds number as their own and now they call my home number. Even when I tell them it's not us.

It's a bill collector! If they are harassing you and you don't owe anyone, call them and ask to speak with a supervisor to get the mailing address and send them a letter stating your request to stop the calls.
