i have a blackcard through barclays. they have a huge issue with security on your online account. i gave had my reward points stolen because they got in to my account and changed my phone number and email address. this happened 3 times to the point i had to block complete access to my online account. i cant even get in to it. one day when i decide to get in to it I’ll have to spend all my reward points at one time and tyen block access again. Said they were Barclays and there was a possible fraudulent charge on my account. Wanted my date of birth and last 6 of SS#. When I said I wasn’t comfortable providing that they transferred me to a supervisor. I told them they have my account info in from of them they shouldn’t need my SS#. They told me to Google the number they are calling from to see if it’s legit. I ended I ****ing up on them.

woman w/heavy accent, probably calling from overseas, said she was offering “medical compensation” but had to first find out if I was eligible, presumably by getting my SS# and/or other information you shouldn’t give out to unknown people who call you. when I asked “Compensation for what?” she replied angrily “You’re a nasty *****!” and ***g up. Another foreign cold call telemarketer for medical ***ces. Prior calls were proven to be One Digital of Chicago, IL (312-756-8874) and Clear Link of D****r, UT (801-424-0018). Same India scam telemarketer ID theft group: This call claimed to be US Healthcare, claiming my Medicare card was expired & I needed to “verify” my account number before they would send a new one (no one in this home is of Medicare age). This is an ID theft call.
