This message was sent by USPS supposedly requesting that I pay .78ยข for redelivery because there was an issue with the address. Your report should have shown immediately that it was USPS but it didn't and it can not provide an owner of the number I provided. So, maybe ???? I'm wrong but it smells like a scam to me. Phishing for information and a little bit of money goes to the phishermen (legally cuz you gave it to them and whatever else they can steal cuz you gave them your info)for redelivery!!!
