"Hello, this is Heather from Sallie Mae, Department of Education"..... please make a payment on your student loan. Otherwise, I will call and wear you out and leave so many non-messages that your cell phone voicemail will be filled up by the end of the week. I'm sorry you are at the hospital getting your 3rd chemo treatment, but you really need to pay your student loan. We know your credit score is very important to you, and we want to help you keep it that way. So when they unhook you from your IV bag, please dig out our number and drag yourself from puking over the toilet, back to your bed and call us so we can discuss how important your credit score is and how important it is for you to pay your student loan. Gee, let's weigh this out --- hmmm, try to stay alive and beat cancer or......call up Sallie Mae to be berated about not being able to pay your student loan because your hospital co-pay eats into the student loan money. I love how they have about 2 seconds of sympathy then forge ahead with the spiel about which relative can you borrow the $50.00 from to make this month's payment. It's funny, you know, you can catch somebody on a really bad day while doing your collection job but for some, like me, it makes me think about just giving up and just letting myself die just to get away from these people.

I don't answer when I don't know who it is. If it's important, they'll leave a message. I lookd up their number, saw it was a scam and called them right back and asked for them to take my # off their list. He asked if they were asking for "so and So" I said IDK because I didn't answer. He said ok it will take 48 hrs tot ake your number off their list. I told him they probably gave a fake number. (which was mine)

Thay said that they where calling from sallie mae but I don't beleave then bc thay have me a realy old address that I never would of gave to sallie mae bc I didn't go to school till away after I lived there
