This is a scam number. He is posing as Det. Nicolas Johnson with Chevy Chase Village Police Dept. That police department is very small and uses the adjacent departments specialized units for all large investigations. They have no detectives of their own. He also mispronounced the name of the department. The department also confirmed they have no officer with that name. Total scammer.

Is suppose the number of Kiara Richardson. The Voice mail says that it is Kiara but when contacting the person they say that they are not Kiara and she no longer has this number and that she has not had this number for several years.
