I am posting this as a consumer warning regarding a business operating under names including Duct Hero, Duct Heroes, Eco Ducts, Eco Air Cleaning, and Eco Air Duct Cleaning. We were directed to send payment through a personal Zelle account after being told the company’s “business Zelle was down.” The business information, addresses, and company names appeared inconsistent and difficult to verify, and attempts to resolve concerns were unsuccessful. I cannot confirm who owns or is connected to the phone numbers involved, but I am documenting my experience for awareness and encouraging others to thoroughly research before using these services.
