what a scam all they do is give out fake info and come up with false debts from company that you once had buisness with but no longer do and try to get money with threats of legal action(which is illegal)and tell you there gonna hurt your credit it got to the point of lies with them that they actually told me they were in o.h. with the maryland number that i called them with and there zip code they gave me twice came up in italy lol just report them

these people have been calling my cell phone all times of day and night for over 2 months. Call i.d. shows #: 301-223-0050. They don't leave a voice mail message or anything. then they turn right around and call right back from an unknown # (which I do not or will not answer). I wish the calls would stop immediately..

Calls repeatedly coming in, on a daily basis. My husband called & was ***g up on by the person that answered the phone. I called and spoke to a woman and she put in a request to remove our number. These people are VERY inquisitive and sometimes rude. Wish they would stop.

I have just s****ed getting the calls, but since I don't know anyone in Williamsport MD I don't answer. After reading all the posts on here and other sites, I went to the Maryland license Dept and found nothing for CSS, but found out that there are some places you can write to complain. They are a collection agency. Someone in my office erroneously gave them my cell number. They are trying to collect a $130 invoice for Quill Corporation which my company paid over a year ago and Quill can't seem to understand that they credited someone else's account. After faxing them proof three times, they turned the account over for collection. Now these yahoos keep calling me at lunchtime. I told them once not to call me on my cell but to contact my office, no good. Now I just ignore the 301 area code calls.

And wouldnt tell me what they were calling about just that they needed to speak with him I told them I have his credit report and I'd like to know what bill they were calling about so I could pay them off right then and there and they couldnt give me any information this collection agency is a joke! and Rude to boot!

CCS 3012230050 I received calls form this number and they were downright RUDE and harassed repeatedly to pay the bill and it would go away. He wanted me to “go get my check book and. can make this bill go away”. I told him to take me off the list and it was harassment and don’t call a***n. We’ll see what happens. I am filing a complaint a***nst them with the BBB right now.

If it is a collection agency...then they need to represent themselves in a more professional manner and perhaps people will not avoid their phone calls.

These people call me 2-3 times a day for the last 2 months now. I answered once and they wanted to talk to somebody I have never heard of and the claimed very rudely that they new he was here they spoke to him 2 days ago. I said I own the company and I am the only employee you have some bad info, they said our records are very up to date and current. I told them not to call back and ***g up on them. I still get 2-3 calls a day. Thank God for caller I.D. I have called the number back and the will give out no info on the company or they just do not answer.

These folks call all day and night. I called back, ONCE, and it said,"Please wait for the next available representative." These kinds of calls cost me a lot of minutes, and for WHAT? I've saved it in my call log, and named them "Next Available Rep" and****igned a very annoying ring tone. I've learned never to just answer with the blue tooth device without verifying caller ID. They've taken the joy out of the new phone. You can****ign an **** photo, too. Love that "IGNORE" ****on.A friend called them, and they said they were "CCS Management." No information other than that. Have no idea who that may be. Don't care, either.

They have been calling once a day for the past week or so, first leaving a message that was mostly static and noise, at the end there being a cheesy announcer telling me to call back. It sounded like I had won some sort of phony contest. The latest message I received was a live voice spouting off an account number and the veiled threat of "it would be in your best interest to call us back." Debt collectors are required by law to state that they are, in fact, debt collectors (unfortunately, I know that) so I can rule that out. I ain't calling them back, though, that's for sure.

My wife answered a call from CCS looking for my daughter, who has not lived with us for over three years. We told them she does not live here. The caller then asked if we had contact information. We told her we did not, and asked who was trying to reach our daughter. The caller rudely replied 'well what does it matter if she's not there'. We told them to 'stop making calls to us', and she even more rudely says 'well have a nice day'. We have been on DNC list for well over a month, and we still manage to get all types of calls. :^(

These people not only call a lot--but at crazy hours. Most telemarkets, collection agencies, etc. at least have the decency to annoy the **** out of you during normal business hours. Not these folks! They have called as early as 7:30 am and as late as 9pm, after my kids are already in bed. I don't answer, I just hit the 'off' ****on on my home phone which makes it stop ringing for the remainder of however long they call. I answered once and told them I was not there. They keep calling though. Maybe they'll get the hint one day.

this number just s****ed calling me but they call constantly. only once in ten calls did i get a message from some woman whom spent the first 10 seconds of the message laughing and speaking with her coworker. finally she left a message for me asking me to call her but won't identify herself or company. never said what the call was regarding but insisted it was urgent to call her back.

These people call my cell every day, three or more times a day. Today they have called me FOUR times, EVERY HOUR!!! I tried to call back, ONCE, and got some annoying recording. I just ***g up. I now BLOCK them on my cell. My phone never rings, but I do get a message "missed call" in my log. I don't know who these people are and really do not care.

Got a call from CCS 301-223-0******lieve this is a bill collector. Asked for address woman asked why I told her I was going to send a letter stating not to call she said it did not matter and was quite rude and ***g up. Never stated that company was a collection agency. All the research I got was that the phone number goes back to Williams port Maryland.
