Even for Collection Agencies, this place is pond s***. They harrass you all hours of the day four or five times a day. When they do leave a message it is very rude and unprofessional.We agreed that the debt was ours (even though it was only for a couple ***dred) but tried to explain that we just didn't have the funds to pay it off at the time. After about fifteen belittling minutes my wife agreed to make a one time payment of $50 with a check over the phone. I was listening in on the conversation and she repeatedly stated that this was only for a one time payment that we would call later to make arraingements.Well a month later we have a posting on our bank for another $50 from Allied with the next sequential check number (a check which was used for a different purpose and had already gone through). I tried calling and leaving messages four times before I was able to speak to this Miss Phillips. She became very beligerant and threatening. When I told her that what they did was not authorized and was borderline illegal (if not) she tried shouting me down and then ***g up on me. I immediately called her back and she once a***n began insulting me telling me that we were "deadbeats."I wonder how these people sleep at night. The are unprofessional, unethical, and completely void of any consience.

Got three phone calls (one a week) from a person with this number who says she's with LA (or LI) Data Corporation (or so****ing along those lines). She says in the message each time that my file will be resolved by noon CST tomorrow with or without my input and that she needs to hear from me or my attorney before that time. The first message freaked me out, until I realized that she'd left me two other messages stateing the exact same thing exactly one and two weeks before this one. No idea who they are or what they want, but I don't intend to call them back!

THESE PEOPLE USE TO CALL ME JUST ABOUT EVERYDAY, BUT I NEVER ANSWERED. ONCE I GOT MY ANDROID PHONE I DOWN LOADED A BLOCK FEATURE AND HAVE BLOCKED THIER NUMBER FROM COMING THROUGH. NOW THEY ARE CALLING FROM ANOTHER NUMBER AND I AM BLOCKING THAT NUMBER TOO! THEY TRY AND BULLY AND THREATEN YOU INTO PAYING... PEOPLE DONT FALL FOR THE BULL **** "WE HAVE RIGHTS" AND DONT HAVE TO TAKE THIS LOAD OF ****!

Bunch fakers don't believe them if you do answer tell you deny the debt an request a proof of debt letter sent. They SHOULD have the address don't give it. If they dont send it and keep calling they can be sued.

This man calls me and screams at me telling me he works for an attorney, he said that I will have a warrant issued for my arrest if I do not cooperate, and that my driver's lisence will be suspended... he even said he would put a lien on a vehicle that I no longer have... that's when I realized he was just ********ping me into trying to give him money. I have No warrant, my lisece has not suspended and as for the vehicle I don't own anymore... well I doubt they put a lien on it lol!

"You must call me within 24 hours of this call....This matter WILL be resolved, with or without you!"I'm recently employed part time, after several years as a stay at home Mom, and going through a divorce. Future Ex not responsible to pay anything, and I haven't worked enough (4 hours ) in the last 2 weeks to even put gas in my car.....

These people are crazy and rude!!! I asked them to send me a letter reguarding how they came up with this crazy amount I owe and she said that's your choice and ***g up on me. When I called back to yell she acted ****** and said to have my lawer call.

Call daily about a supposed $30 dollar bill I owe. They will not provide me proof of the bill even though I have repeatedly asked them to. And, the woman that calls, ALWAYS, in every conversation tells me to have my lawyer call them by noon tomorrow because a Judgement is being issued a***nst me. They call while I am at work even though I have asked them not to call during certain hours. If I owe the money, then fine, I am willing to pay $30, but I would like to know who it is that I owe.

The rude person on the other end of the phone has informed me they will issue a judgement and I will have to go to court, but what the***** for!!!
