Bunch fakers don't believe them if you do answer tell you deny the debt an request a proof of debt letter sent. They SHOULD have the address don't give it. If they dont send it and keep calling they can be sued.

THESE PEOPLE USE TO CALL ME JUST ABOUT EVERYDAY, BUT I NEVER ANSWERED. ONCE I GOT MY ANDROID PHONE I DOWN LOADED A BLOCK FEATURE AND HAVE BLOCKED THIER NUMBER FROM COMING THROUGH. NOW THEY ARE CALLING FROM ANOTHER NUMBER AND I AM BLOCKING THAT NUMBER TOO! THEY TRY AND BULLY AND THREATEN YOU INTO PAYING... PEOPLE DONT FALL FOR THE BULL **** "WE HAVE RIGHTS" AND DONT HAVE TO TAKE THIS LOAD OF ****!

Claimed that I had filed some form with them and they needed me to call and verify information. Did not return phone call and wondering how they got my cell phone #. Gonna report them to Sprint too.

Even for Collection Agencies, this place is pond s***. They harrass you all hours of the day four or five times a day. When they do leave a message it is very rude and unprofessional.We agreed that the debt was ours (even though it was only for a couple ***dred) but tried to explain that we just didn't have the funds to pay it off at the time. After about fifteen belittling minutes my wife agreed to make a one time payment of $50 with a check over the phone. I was listening in on the conversation and she repeatedly stated that this was only for a one time payment that we would call later to make arraingements.Well a month later we have a posting on our bank for another $50 from Allied with the next sequential check number (a check which was used for a different purpose and had already gone through). I tried calling and leaving messages four times before I was able to speak to this Miss Phillips. She became very beligerant and threatening. When I told her that what they did was not authorized and was borderline illegal (if not) she tried shouting me down and then ***g up on me. I immediately called her back and she once a***n began insulting me telling me that we were "deadbeats."I wonder how these people sleep at night. The are unprofessional, unethical, and completely void of any consience.

13 times you have called this house, i called you back twice asking nicely for you to stop.you reversed the situation blaming me for bothering you.then you called a***n !!!!!!!!!!!just stop.

Got three phone calls (one a week) from a person with this number who says she's with LA (or LI) Data Corporation (or so****ing along those lines). She says in the message each time that my file will be resolved by noon CST tomorrow with or without my input and that she needs to hear from me or my attorney before that time. The first message freaked me out, until I realized that she'd left me two other messages stateing the exact same thing exactly one and two weeks before this one. No idea who they are or what they want, but I don't intend to call them back!
