This number is indeed a SCAM. The owner offers to pay credit cards down after winning the lottery. They ask for basic info (proof of debt) but don't ask for detailed info. Instead, they ask you to add their bank account info to your card account and make a payment. This gives them access to verify your account. They have the last 4 digits of your card and the payment info you've added and scheduled a payment from. The old adage "if it seems too good to be true, it is" applies here.

This number is linked to fake rental properties all over the place! They will be VERY eager to send you the application & refuse to meet for a viewing until you pay the "refundable" application fee of $80.00 & up. I saw a local rental on FB & contacted the number a few days later. Before sending app fee I went back to look at the rental on FB & it was gone so I asked for pictures. They sent me these super fancy elaborate pics of a brand new metal barndominium style house & the house in the post was nice but it was an older brick home. So be very careful.

Scammer. Trying to get rental agreements, deposits and rent. Zillow and other real estate sites can help with preventing these scams from losing consumers money. Follow your gut and do some extra research and only process payments through trusted business websites. Good luck friends.
