foreign caller, claiming to be calling from "major" credit card issuer trying to lower my interest rate. played along, they ask about credit card with high rate and offer a rate reduction to 1.9 %. then to "qualify" me for the rate they ask for the card expiration date and the card number. tried to play along and asked for a call back number or suggested that i'm not comfortable giving them the number they **** up and s**** cursing.

they were asking about credit cards. I told the guy I didn't have any and he told me to ***k off 3 times and then ***g up. this is a scam and don't give them any information!!!! I tried calling the # back and it was just a annyoing tone.
