I got the same call this morning from a ***dy Maddin. Interested to see how Maria's so called interview goes. I bet it's a group interview. About five years ago, I went to one of these interview, fun thing it was at the same building on Kilgore and Sprinkle. The Health and Wellness Company also turned out to be a multi-level marketing company. Don't get me wrong, I totally support multi-level marketing, but when focus and income shifts from product sale (product/service exc****ed for currancy) to recruiting for profit, it is now a pyramid scheme. I joined the "Health and Wellness" Company and made a lot of money but they were sure to **** ever penny and more back from me, through expensive desk fees and trainings, conventions. Everyone who joined, who wasn't exactly salesman or should I say recruitor material, lost out on alot of invested money $2000-$4000) but I sure I lost out on much more, **** my persistance. I finally quit after 6 months. Two months after that Trek Alliance was shut down and under went a huge litigation filed by the federal trades bureau for being a pyramid scheme. Don't get ****ed in Maria! Some of the big dogs who didn't get knocked down by the Gov, c****ed company names and s****ed new companies.P.S. Maria was called from same biz dif # 269-342-5770

Received a phone call from Heather.Did some research on "Westmac" "West Michigan Advanced Concepts" and Symmetry DirectApparently they are calling people asking if they are interested in full or part time employment. The scam is that they don't have "employment." The "interview" is in fact a ***inwashing session to try and get you out of several ***dred dollars to sell their products.I know. I was ****** enough to go to my "interview." I won't be making that mistake a***n.BTW- this Steve guy that keeps posting how great the products are- he probably works there. There are several in the office that are ***inwashed and bogus. Ignore him. He apparently doesn't understand that it's illegal to call people regarding employment when there is none. Michigan has laws a***nst this, and I filed a complaint with the State Attorney General's office.

I got a call from a Heather connected to West Michigan Advanced Concepts.Being how it was a ***ue ***le and I had no memory of ever applying there I was suspious. I couldn't find them online and I doubt my old school, who does still put resumes in for me from time to time, would send to these people. It was medical trade school, I've never been to WMU looks like they are ***n****g out. Oh and the Caller was a 'Heather'. Wanting to know if I was still looking for job opportunities or some such. I looked for them online no luck, I looked on the Better Business Site and I did get a hit but I do not know if these are the same people. They COULD be different, just fyi:http://westernmichigan.bbb.org/WWWRoot/Report ... 2&firm=38114148

I got a call from him too. It was kinda crazy because I went to high school with him. I asked where he got my number, searched on this site and then called him back. It turns out that he had talked to another one of our high school friends that goes to western and that person referred him to me. Although my life is taking me down different career paths than what they do, they are still good people and these allegations are rediculous. ive known him since middle school as well as his family. plus, if its so illegal, why wouldnt the police shut them down?

Looks like it is related to phone calls from 269-342-5770 as everything is the same except for the name on the caller id.Called my parents' thursday or friday from 269-381-4780. "heather higgins" said she had full and part time work available, etc. whatever. I haven't turned in a job application or resume in over 7 years now. I'm employed. Used to be a WMU student so it appears from reading other posts on here that someone, somehow, got ahold of WMU phone list. I won't be calling them back unless they call my parents a***n in which case I'm going to have some fun with them.

If you get a call from ***dy Madden, or anyone else from Westmac, do not hesitate to be extremely rude. As Jen said, it is an attempt to recruit people for multi-level marketing (aka) a pyramid scheme. I was approached by someone like this a couple years ago at a gas station and upon meeting with him realized it was one of these scams. These people are tools that have no professional experience. Do not agree to meet with these people! Tell them what you really think of their pathetic excuse for a business.

***dy Madden called todayhttp://symmetrydirectscam.weebly.com spells it all out. This company is bad news!!This is a pyramid scheme, and they are calling offering false hopes of "jobs" and "employment" when they are really trying to ****er you in to join a pyramid scheme!BEWARE!!FYI-they are also taking referral lists, alumni lists, church directories, and anything else that they can get their hands on to call people with, so yes you may personally know them, but they lie their pants off about where they got your name from!

I got a call this morning from "Heather" at 269-381-4780 but the information was very ***ue. I have recently posted a resume on Monster.com so I thought it might be from that. I called back at first, but got some kind of voice mail service. I then realized I never applied to any specific jobs on Monster, so I decided to look up the number on Google. Glad I did because I found this. Looks like they're still scamming...

I just got a call from ***dy on my cell phone. He said he was returning a call from that number regarding someone who was looking for a job. That's not true! The only people who have my cell number are my family (I'm from the generation who survived w/o cells!) and I hardly ever have it on. I'm not sure where he got it. I live in Kalamazoo and my kids attend an area high school.

I received this call from a company claiming to be e-Yellow Pages. They said that we had a free internet listing with them. I simply confirmed the information that they had on our company. After they verified the information, they transferred me to their quality control (QC) department. At that point, I inquired the name of their company and the subject of business. At that point there was silence and the call was disconnected.
