Just got this call today, they claimed the name of the company was Independent Wellness Center. Oddly enough it turned out to be a guy I graduated high school with, ***dy Madden. That was a mere coincidence however. We knew each other in high school but were not close friends nor have we spoken since then. He claimed my name had been referred to him by a friend, but when prodded for information he then claimed to have no idea how he got my name, that it could have simply crossed his desk weeks ago. I then asked him point-blank if the company would require any cash up front to become involved. His response was that there was no requirement and that training was free, however you are encouraged to try their supplements to be better acquainted with the product in dealing with customers. There are some more advanced training courses that are optional and do require payment to attend as well. I have never known of a legitimate business to require money fro TRAINING. Any legitimate business I have known wants to give you all the tools they can for you to succeed at no cost to you because it is good for the company. Tried to do a web search for Independent Wellness Center and only found the location of an office in Kalamazoo, no website, and numerous fraud complaints. Bottom line: if you become involved with this organization, you are whom they make money off of, make no mistake.

Got a call from ***dy today concerning a****ential job and a "overview" not interview. Since I have been looking for some part-time work in the medical field he told me all about this "company." I have no clue how he had got my number and knew my name but said a friend must had referred me. The only resumes or applications that i have filled out previously were for private hospitals that don't sell/share applications/resumes. So I'm curious about how he got my number...creepy. Anyways after resear****g about this company, it sounds like they convince you to buy their products with are ***dreds of dollars and try to sell them yourself to others, then they hit the road and leave you high and dry with no products and your money gone.

I got a call very similar to these from a McKenzie. She offered me a job and told me that someone had given them my name as a referral. After I inquired several times what exactly the company was or what they did, she stil had no clear answers, accept that they were a "Wellness Center" on Gull road. I am definitely glad I came to this site before going in for an "interview" this weekend. If she calls a***n she's going to get a piece of my mind. Her number was:

Called by this company at my home number about part time job. I never give out my home number and had never heard about the company. Offered ***ue job details and asked if I wanted to write down directions. I told him I'd just look it up online. He said it wouldn't be on there so he would email them to me. I looked in the phone book and they weren't in there and all I could find online were complaints about them!

Got this call from ***dy..how he got my cell phone number is beyond me, but I will find out.. Ask me if I was looking for some part-time work. I'm retired and not looking.. If I was looking it would not be from unknown person asking me if I wanted to work.. that does not happen into day market.. I deleted the call from the phone and number..

This is a company called Symmetry Direct.I was duped into going to a "company overview" that they called an "interview" at the time. They ushered me into this room that was set up like a conference center, had me watch a bunch of videos on aging, and then s****ed in on their vitamins that are super expensive. They have this god juice called "genesis" that is expensive as***** and has aloe vera in it, which isn't good for your system. Anyway, I went, they wanted me to drop upwards of $600 on the spot, and to sign up for a weekend trip to Chicago for their "training seminar." I politely told them to take a hike. It's not worth it. I don't like that they call and pretend that it's a job though. That's borderline on fraud.

A man named Alex just called me from there asking me if I still had room for employment. I am a two time felon and I'm sure know one would hire me even with my resume being full of great construction and matenience refrences. He said that he wanted me to train others, but failed to describe what exactly.I know my resume is not in the public and with my criminal history I don't see why I was called. I googled-(wellness cener kalamazoo) And found this site. I am completly sure so****ing is fishy. If they have called me they will call you,esspecially if they found my # out of all people.

I met him the other day at the wellness center and i wont lie,I was pretty skeptical before i went into the overview deal, but he was straight up honest with me and answered all my questions. I googled this number because before i went in my family googled it and told me not to go but... me and my mom wen****s all good. he actually did get my number from my friend from high school. I havent talked to that kid in like 4 years but he thought i might want to make some extra money so... *****ay

I was getting ready this morning and decided to check up on them and then I found this. I never remembered putting in an app. for this! I'm so glad I didn't waste my time going down there. Offered me a job but was reulctuant to give me any information as to how she heard about me. I demanded address, phone number, company name and after about 5 minutes of arguing she gave them to me. I googled, and called her back and told her i knew it was a scam. She said "sorry, you're loosing out on a great oppourtunity".

This is probably the same people who called me a few months ago called Westmac asking if I was interested in part or full time work.
