This is a robocall spammer who selectively chooses victims. If you don't fit their profile type; I suspect not elderly, they **** up saying; Goodby. And if you call back they pretend ignorance of the call. If you call multiple times... there is always a different voice answering the phone.

Same old BS--credit card scammers using 's****ed' (fake) Caller ID numbers!! When will this stop? Complaints to FCC are useless. They are doing nothing to stop these low-lifes. The No-Call-List is ignored by this s***. We need to s**** hounding our representatives with mass e-mails and phone calls complaining about these calls and that they need to take some initiative to stop them...or look for another job!!
