Agent name given me was "Kenneth Saunders" and address given was 300 State Street, Rochester, NY. I was alerted to this scam because he asked for my mother (by name), but he was calling on my landline! My mother has never lived with me, and has never, ever used my phone number. I registered this call as fraudulent with the FTC .
