this guy has such a bad reputation on Facebook marketplace for asking people to Venmo him money before picking up item and then not showing up. He tried this with me but I refused to do it because Venmo even said it was a scam. Then he wanted to meet with cash. He came down from apartment to ask for the cash and then he would go back upstairs and get the item. Of course we did not do that either. Then he disappeared and left us sitting in the parking lot. His reviews on marketplace are full of the same kind of stories.
