Getting text messages from this phone number asking me if I want to sell some of my land in Courdelane Idaho, they are land pirates trying to buy land and get you into a contract to buy your land while they do they will then try and sell this land before they close escrow and trying to sell it for more then what you may agree to sell it for, If they don't sell it fast then they will back out of this contract and leave you ****ing in the dark wondering why they backed out m, but if they find a buyer they will push to close this contract sooner then you originally agreed apon with them, so beware of these land sharks or land pirates they are shady people and will lie about anything they feel they can if it's going to help them get your property into contract!
