This is the number on my caller ID for "Rachel of Card Services" for a robocalling reduce your credit card interest rate scam. This is an old scam and there are ***dreds if not thousands of complaints all over the net. File your FTC complaint and hope after 50,000,000 complaints the FTC, FBI, Justice Department, or some other agency will throw these B****rds in jail or deport them to CUBA or maybe give them to Joe Arpaio.

You are receiving the calls because at some point in time, either you or someone that has had or used your phone number was in collections with AMERICAN EXPRESS! American Express uses this as a tactic to find out WHEN you are home. They will then use the time you answered the phone to make actual collections calls on a different date. It is an ILLEGAL tactic by American Express and their collection agencies, and just goes to show that American Express has the integrity of a group of ****philes.
