Telemarketer for a wireless security system. I've told this company many times not to call me. Sounds like the same guy every time. He probably gets paid for every call he makes, so he doesn't care if he calls the same people over and over and gets yelled at over and over. He wanted to connect me to a "specialist" who would answer all my questions. I have no questions and declined. He kept talking, I kept telling him no. I expect the "specialist" to call me later today.

Of course, there is no way to find the name of their company by sear****g via the internet or phone companies. The number is carried by Tel West Communications, LLC- WA. If you email and telephone complaints to Tel West about the random nuisance calls you are recieving from this number, they are obliged to check into it. If you are tired of harrassment from numbers like this, place this message on as many websites, social networks, etc. as you can.

just called Eschelon Telecom of Washington, Inc. in Kent, WA; asked for President/CEO; was trsfrrd to corporate offices in Portland, OR; spoke to 'Mary', who forwarded info/complaint to NOC (Network Ops Ctr) -- she & NOC personnel 'googled' the number, as I suggested they do so!; they have now initiated an investigation into number 2532468515... and filed an e-mail complaint (on my behalf) with the FCC. Formal ball is now rolling!! ~ and ironically, as I was speaking to Mary, ... they called a***n!!! This HAS TO STOP!!

Yes****ay when 253-246-8515 called me A***N, I answered and there was actually somebody on the other end. I asked his name, he said "James," and that he wanted to set up a free GE wireless security system in my yard (I live on the 16th floor). He gave me a call back number of 1-866-290-1970 - does not work from the Denver area. I told him I am on the do not call list, various lists, he apologized, said he would remove my name. Today they called a***n, ***ody on the other end this time. These people are spending their lives pranking us - must be gratifying!

Lots of calls coming from Washington since I got this new phone number. There was a few days where I only got text messages, which I have been deleting without reading. When I called the numebr back, I got a recording that thanked me for calling. It then said if I wanted to be removed from the call list, to push 1. It said they would remove me and it may take up to 24hours for it to be effective. We'll see.......

I get a call from this number almost everyday for at least the last month. I am on the dnc registry but obviously that means nothing. They never leave a message. I just keep ignoring it, but would love to know how to make it stop. I've seen several posts that say you can call it back and press 1 to make it stop but most people are putting that it will just s**** back up in a week or so or will come from a different number. I am sick and freaking tired of getting calls from these criminals! 1st of all, my cell phone and my office phone are on the National "Do Not Call" register. Secondly, I have a job investigating scammers and, while that job is at a fortune 500 company, it involves working closely with the FCC, FTC, FBI, DEA, ATFE, DHS/ICE, SEC, USSS, etc. I have never answered one of their calls to my cell phone. I don't answer a call from unrecognized numbers. I absolutely do not answer calls from numbers which have called repeatedly. Finally, after receiving several calls, I blocked my number and called, receiving their "in order to have your number placed on our "do not call" list, you must call with call-blocking features disabled. Well...a***nst my better judgment, I called back without blocking my number. They said it would take 24 hours for the calls to stop. Well...it's now been 48 hours and during the first 24 hours, I received 3 calls. During the succeeding 24 hours, I received 7 calls--for a total of 10 calls in 24 hours! I have a security system! My home is as secure as Fort Knox. My security system is armed 24/7/365. Looks like they wouldn't want to waste their computer time allowing it to call numbers for people who don't want to hear from them and who aren't every going to buy from them!

GE wants to put a sign in my front yard in exc****e for a free security system. It was a robo call. Made it sound like it was a live person but it wasnt. Its responses were geared to what you said. It said "are you the home owner? I said no we're squaters. It said, great, can I speak to the home owner. I said no. it said ok.....we'll call back when they are home. These calls are coming from criminals -- NOT telemarketers and NOT from any reputable company. Criminals purchase Tracfones with prepaid minutes. They are untraceable and this is how they “hide.” They are trying to get YOUR personal information and/or credit card information to steal your iden***y or money.
