Up to ten calls a day now from several v*****ts of 253, including 253-246-8515, 253-246-8514, 253-246-8510. Nothing worked. No help, only denial from Washington state's Office of the Attorney General. Even told her these calls appear to be coming from a land-line phone w/multiple exc****es located in Kent, WA., and that there had been ***dreds of complaints easily found on such websites as this. She denied any specific knowledge of this 'scam" herself and suggested the FBI...as the originating en***y was probably offs****.

Got a phone call from an out-of-state number that I don't "know" or recognize. I didn't answer, but looked up the number here. They left no message. I am on the National Do-Not-Call List, and have been for over a year now. (I guess this is our government at work for us.) I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints AND to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and see if that can get the government to work for me, and stop these calls. (Yes I will go through all those steps.) We should all pile on. [I have also bookmarked these URL's.]

One other thing I have found out, most of these numbers are actually not in use. These scammers use a computer & tap into unused numbers & make the calls that way. I went on the do not call registry's website & they have a message on there about these scammers.

I got a call from this number saying it was card services & that I qualified for a lower interest rate on my credit card (even though they don't know who I am or what cards I have). I ***g up, & when I called the number back, I got a recording saying it was the automated service for th do not call registry (it's not). Did a search on the number and all I get is it is: Kent, WA registered to name "Comp Dd" It is a land line provided by Tel West Communications, Llc - Wa Kent, WA 98030 - no other details.
