I questioned them and they knew my account balance, not just a lucky guess, but I refused to give them the 3 digit number off the back of the card. They said they needed it to get my authorization. I asked them which Bank ***nch I was with, they couldn't or wouldn't answer the question. Going to reduce my interest rate by 1%, big deal, not good enough for me, if they were going to lower it don't you think they would just do it. Going to call the bank to check on this BS.
