Well, I called the number back - hit "O" for operator, spoke with Heather. She immediately (and politely and respectfully) removed me from the calling list. When I expressed my concern (please see my previous post) about ID theft, she transferred me to Sara in client relations. Sara confirmed (a***n, politely and respectfully) that my number had been removed from the calling list, and pulled up the file from which my number was pulled. She named the rep that had left the voice mail (Aaron Mattox), and confirmed that he pulled my number from an "old customer file". I did, in fact, refi with Quicken several years ago (it was as decent as any home loan process can be). This call went very smoothly - and no resistance to removing my name other than a mild sales push - "we like to keep in touch with our former clients". When I stated that I do not have time for unsolicited marketing calls - she quickly apologized for the intrusion. As a result, when I AM ready for another home loan - I do believe I will give them the opportunity to earn my business a***n.

If you fill out any forms looking to refi your m0ortgage, Lending Tree being one) they will offer to match you with lenders. Quicken loans is one of those lenders on Lending Tree, so is North American Savings Bank. I will not do business with NASB a***n!- See my rant on Ripoffreport.com. And the same goes for Quicken loans! They told us no problem for us with a refi, took the $350 deposit, had the appraisal, told us everything looked "good to go" per David, then BOOM!! No refi, no wY AND NO WAY TO GET MONEY BACK! Lied about the whole **** thing all along. And this was even AFTER we got the denial letter, which he said was sent on error. Applied a***n for a refi-Lending Tree matches us with lenders-guess who the first response was from???I replied to to e-mail stating I wanted nothing to do with them, but they continue to call.

This number 248-796-6000 have call me 6 times a day, they leave no message, or call back number. The Caller ID says Quicken Loans. I have no business with Quicken Loans, but I think they got my information from a crooked information broker, who also sent my information to about 20 other loan companies. Apparently they had told all the loan companies that i was looking for a re-fi. I happen to be in escrow which closes end of July and have never asked for finance for a re-fi. It may not be Quicken's fault, but they should be more careful who they buy information from.

The first time they called they said they had a different name and were with Lending Tree looking for SAME person this Korian White. THIS time they called saying they were Quicken Loans. The first one was (888) 866-1212, ext. 6142 looking for Korian White to refinance. That guy's name was Ken ***an with Lending Tree.Today was (248) 796-6064 looking for Korian White to refinance. That guy's name was Leonard LaSaba with Quicken Loans.I am not Korian White nor do I know them. I don't even have loans.

Got a call from this number twice within 30 seconds, but they DID leave a VM. In my case however, I recently made application to a Clearing House to have my house Refinanced. Quicken Loans was one of the vendors I was looking at but have since gone with a different company. This does not appear to be a SPAM call based on my recent activity. If you have made a 'open' application to refinance your home, it is possible that Quicken Loans obtained your number.

I went through the process with Quicken loans, gave them all my pertinent information including my SS#.I ended up going with another lender, so the ******* at Quicken, when I told him I found a better deal, "denied" my loan and reported the denial to the credit bureaus and that dinged my credit for 50 points. (My credit score was over 800 before getting involved with Quicken)That was a seriously vindictive thing to do.

Some **** named Tim calls my CELL a few times a day. I won't answer, but he leaves messages on my voice mail stating that he got my personal information that I submitted online. First of all, I didn't submit anything anywhere for a loan and I NEVER enter my cell number online for anything. Secondly, he knows my name....? I hate these ***** *******s.

This is the second call I've received about my "online loan application". I have not applied online since 2007. My concern - 100's of 1000's of CountryWide customers had personal information stolen from their "secure" network (before B of A acquired countrywide)... Maybe that information has finally begun to leak out into the wrong hands....Caller was Aaron @ Quicken per voice-mail.

This is a Mortgage Co. called Quicken Loans, and they get your info from an information broker when you fill out any of a number of forms via the web.You may opt out of their annoying phone calls by going to ww****toutprescreen.com and filling out a form.

This is not exactly Quicken Loans. The company is Rock Financial

We received 2 calls in one day from Quicken Loans. We had previously done a refi with them and apparently they thought we needed a new loan. We do not want a new loan and I told him No thank you, not now. I was in the middle of working - I work from home. The guy wouldn't let it go when I told him not now.. he pressed for why I didn't want to save money etc. I told him if I was going to do another loan, I'd call Jennifer Strable the person that previously helped me from Quicken and he told me she had worked for him..but no longer did. As he put it, "he taught her everything she knows!" - well as far as I'm concerned he didn't - because someone else taught her manners! She was always professional, and polite. He then told me I was rude!!! I told him to take us off the call list and I ***g up. When my husband got home he told me that the same guy had called him 2 hours earlier and was told not to call anymore and that he was very rude. I don't think Quicken Loans knows these type of people work for them and want to report him. How and where do I file a formal complaint?

If you are receiving a call from Quickenloans then you should feel very lucky. They are a direct lender who has been voted #1 by Forbes, PC and Money as the #1 mortgage company in the industry. They are not Brokers. They were voted #2 as the best place to work for by FORBES in 2008.I am very satisfied with my mortgage and what Quickenloans has done for me . I referred all my friends and family.

Caller "Adam" Burkett (sp?) is calling from 248-796-6181 West Bloomfield MI and 248-495-1391 Rochester MI saying that my loan is approved. There was no loan or application. VERY DECEPTIVE Business practice by Quicken Loans. Akin to a Telephone Phishing Scam. Log the calls and report to your local Attorney General's Office.
(248) 796-6000 - June 27th, 2008 4:00am
This is a direct lender who only replies to mortgage applications that clients fill out. They are one of the most professional and honest mortgage companies I have ever spoken to. They have closed my primary home and my investment property. There is a reason why they are voted #1.
(248) 796-6000 - March 11th, 2008 4:00am
I'll never do business with these ****** ****s, they call all of the time, sometimes they leave a message, sometimes they **** up when I answer! HINT You're ****ing your companies sales! I hope you get fired! Just go away!!!

they keep calling me to, what can we do about it?
(248) 796-6000 - September 4th, 2008 4:00am
who are these people. how do you make them stop?
(248) 796-6000 - November 15th, 2007 5:00am
Where do these people get our numbers? I am a renter and have not applied for anything. Yet these people call 3-4-5 times a day. Thank God for Caller ID. Every call has been logged with donotcall.gov and they persist. The local phone company has Call Block, but (duh) it doesn't work on out-of-state numbers. I ignore them, then continue to report each call to donotcall.gov.These people can go straight to*****!
