They called my landline at home. I called back too and also received a weird voicemail asking me to leave my information (name, phone number). Of course, I did not do this, but the message went on to say that I would receive a call back within two business days and that my request would be completed within 30 days - did not make any sense at all.

I just got a text from this person and they knew my name. It said, "Hey R you there? Have not heard from u in a while." When I asked who it was, they said, "lol if you wanna know who this is you gotta add me on Yahoo msger, my id is txtgirl7" How did they know my name? Grrrr....
