First, I have received a mobile call from 732-309-0806 on January 20, 2011, caller ID displayed it as: 1st Brigade US which sounds like a call from a military ***nch of US government although 1st brigade did exist a decade ago, it was divided to many new brigades under different new names. This call was strange just because ***ody in the family has anything to do with US military. 732 is an area code in New Jersey and I called this number back in the middle of night and got a message saying that, "You have reached West New York Police Station, leave your message" No name, nothing, West New York area code is (201) not (732) and I did leave my message saying that, 'Please help". If this was really a Police Station, they would not communicate with Mobile Phones and 732 Police district has nothing to do with 201 Police district, furthermore, after receiving such a message to a mobile phone of a Police department, my phone number will show up, they would send a police car, I just curiously watched outside from my window for an hour, nothing happened. Message is saying that Police Station, but the right term is "Police Department".Got another Mobile phone call from 240-380-6281 after 2 days, left no message, 240 is area code of Maryland and my phone number is Private, it does not display my phone number. I called this number back too and the guy with a very heavy Spanish accent is telling me that, "He called a wrong number in New Jersey, sorry" He can not see my private phone number and he says he calls New Jersey or maybe he can see my number, I know some taxi companies in New Jersey have both 800 numbers and local numbers and calling 800 number displays your number even though it is private, so you prefer to call their local number which is in fact another 800 number. They told me that for many times. After 1 hour, I got another call from another Mobile number a***n, 551-556-5920 did not leave any message, I called back, a computerized voice message is just telling the phone number and asking you to leave a message. 551 is another area code in New Jersey. It sounds like these are a team of con artists, especially the first call from 732 area code with different numbers, called many people and keep c****ing the phone number, does not c****e the area code which is always in New Jersey and telling people that he is from "Community Affairs" working with Police, asking for donations for disabled Police officers. All these mobile number callers did not ask anything from me so far, but strange callers. They have ability to c****e their phone numbers, area codes and even state names. I log in to my phone account to see the incoming calls log and I see the State names there too as well as on Caller ID.I do not think that I can stop them since they have some kind of special device or program allowing them to c****e the names, numbers, everything, so I block all the numbers and they will pop up with a different number a***n.
