When I asked if this was a scam, he became irate and said this the IRS and I am trying to help you so don't waste my time. He then ***g up on me.

It is an automated message stating to call this number about a federal criminal case you are involved in and this is the last time they will try and contact you before you get arrested. I have gotten many calls about this in the past and its all the same message. If it was a federal criminal case, you would of been summoned without warning or picked up by the FBI, either at work, or at home.
