Most times when I answered phone a voicve would say that there was a call fgor me and to please hold for a representative. I'm sorry but I won't hold for a call from a computer so I would nomally **** up. I tried returning the call oince and a recording said the number was disconnected. Finally, one day I answered the phone and a person was there. It turned out to be an extremely rude bill collector from Verizon who is not getting a penny fronm me. From now on I will just let it ring.
