They never stop!! They're a collection agency that works with ***DREDS of companies and hospitals across the country. someone said "pay your bills" here so let me fill you in. They've been calling me for 5 months now, all hours of the day and night. The first few times they called i picked up and they said they were calling regarding my "late bills" including a $10,000 visit to a hospital in a state I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO!! i have no doubt that at some points they have valid debts to collect but these idiots are nothing more than spammers 99% of the time!! go to a lawyer or print cease and desist letters, that way if they keep calling sue them.

My idea is everytime I get their call, I will either register a call complaint with their carrier(Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems,L) or e mail said carrier. Joshua called my cell phone and asked to speak to my wife. When I asked what it was about, he claimed to be with T-Mobile and wanted to know when she would be making a payment. When I said that she had talked to "you guys" a few days ago, he asked "did she talk to us, or directly to T-Mobile. I'm with RPM." Went the rounds with Joshua, and ended the call by telling him to never call a***n. After getting off the phone with Joshua, I called the number on my CID back and spoke with Richard (supposedly a supervisor), and informed him that one of his agents was claiming to be T-Mobile and that I would be filing a complaint with the FTC and the FCC. After speaking with RIchard, who claimed he would review the tape of Joshua's and mine call, I logged a formal complaint with the FTC.

They like to call at EXACTLY 8:00 in the morning and then several more times throughout the day. I know what this is regarding, too - a bill I have been disputing for 8 months because I never ordered, nor did I receive a delviery from a company called Amerimark. I have disputed this with all 3 credit agencies and the company, yet they turned it over to collections and now, I have the pleasure of being harrassed! Male named Quinte said he was with Verizon, that I owed them $65.00 from 2003, insisted that I had received their notice in the mail two weeks ago and must have thrown it out, and that my credit rating would suffer unless I paid the bill immediately. He refused to mail me another bill, or to let me speak to his supervisor or to let me verify the bill, since I felt I was being called in error. I called him back at this number, got a female named Tara, who said that no bill had yet gone out to me, and she apologized for Quinte's bad information. Tara said that my notice would be mailed from their office within the week, and that I could contest the bill at that time.

I asked him to first tell me the name of his business. He said that he did not have times for games and ***g up on me. I called back and it went into voicemail stating that the office is closed. These guys are so obvious... when you get a call..dont admit that it's your bill..in Tx the limit is four years..for both kinds of bills. In other states some are different years.this goes for credit cards, hosp. bills. 1. tell them you want a copy of the bill that states what was bought. 2. for them to send you a copy of their permit to operate in your state.. then you can tell if its your bill.(this goes for lawyers, too) You can send it back to them with a letter telling them not to contact you a***n.the bill is not collectable.
