first message came from 213-315-1157 claiming to be Edwin Castro recent winner of the 2.04 billon powerball jackpot. Said that I was randamly chosen to receive a payout. The second message came from ***d Harrison saying he was the agent for Mr. castro and was i ready to claim the winnings.

Received a call from 240-210-7111 with no ID except that phone number. I do not know anyone in that part of the country and would not answer. I only answer calls where I know the person or am expecting the call due to giving my number to someone. It's a no ***iner. Why answer calls and waste your time and not be paid for being bothered?

Pay no attention to the "anonymous" poster telling you, "pay your bills..." He doesn't pay his bills, so he can't understand why a "bill collector" would be calling you if you pay yours. Third rate bill collector s don't care if you owe money or not, they just shake down thousands of people and some send money any way, even if it's not legitimate. It works or they wouldn't have programs like this.
