I have no idea who this actually is. My AT&T spam filter identified it immediately as spam and Been Verified lists the name of Magic Jack Cust., which I believe means that the person that called me from this number is using a Magic Jack device to make the calls. While I didn't speak to this person and don't know why they called, my spam filter has never been wrong yet.
