Caller ID said the number was a Verizon phone number. Since it was also a FL number I answered because I have many friends and family in FL. It was an automated message from Card Member Services...which is a total rip off program "to lower your credit card interest rates" but the representative can't tell you how much the program costs (I accidentally talked to them a couple of years ago). And they refuse to take you off their list - even if you tell them you don't qualify for their program because you don't have enough cc debt to begin with.

if it is for a credit card offer...talk to them,and tell that this is great..tell them you never pay any bills on time and you could use a new credit card...ask them how long before you get the card? You can allso tell them you just lost your job and they are gona repo your car soon.

So the phone ringing I did not answer. An 8 second voicemail was left him but there was no sound at all. Caller ID said from somewhere in Florida. Looks like spam to me.
