I have received my first call from Pinnacle Financial Group looking for someone that does not live here nor does the person they are looking for have my number. I left them a message on my recorder so when they call back they can see what I have to say about their calls. I stated that if they call me a***n I WILL report them to the local police. I have discussed calls like this in the past with my local police and they informed me if I ever receive a call such as this to contact them and they will call that number and get them to stop harassing me. So my suggestion is to first tell the caller you are on a do not call list and then tell them if they don`t stop calling, you will call the police. And by the way, the do not call list number is 1-888-382-1222. It does take a few months for the do not call number to take affect so you might continue to get calls until that time.

I have paid Pinnacle Financial off and nothing else is owed to them and they still call me ****** company. When I answer their calls they even tell me I don't owe them anything and just **** up on me but they won't remove my phone number from their call list I wonder when they hear my request from a lawyer if they will finally remove my number or wind up paying me money for harassment.

This is Pinnacle Financial Group (www.pfgservices.com). I have sent them two Cease & Desist letters and one Cease & Desist email, all three times requesting debt verification. However, they continue to call me daily at work.After the first two written cease & desist requests failed, I filed a complaint with my local (AZ) AG's office, PFG's local AG's office, the BBB, and the FTC, yet they still call.I'm filing new complaints with all of the above today as well as with the****ociation of Credit and Collection Professionals.Does anyone have any additional suggestions to get these guys to stop?
