just got a call.she sounded like an older india lady.she can lower my credit card interest.i ask her where she is located ,she replied "india sir". why is this call coming from charlevoix,mi..she paused then ***g up on me... how rude. the numbers are s****ed,and they use a computer to make the calls so they think they can't be traced. look at the fbi scams--- irs. wisconsin
