This is a survey call from Honda. The do not call lists don't work because you have a honda and brought it in for service. Meaning you do business with the company and it is not a solicitation. The survey is usually for service on a new car. It is very important to your service advisor because they are graded on this. If it is good they may get a bonus and if bad money can be taken from them. They do ask other questions, but it mainly only hurts or helps your advisor. So if you like the guy do the 2 minute survey and give him a good mark. The reason why the calls **** up is because it is on a computer calling system and if you don't pick up by the second ring it disconnects and goes onto another. This comes directly from Honda, not your dealership.

I too have been receiving calls with no left messages from this number. I took my car in for an oil c****e 2 weeks ago. I called this number and it is the Honda Service center like the previous person stated. The message states it's only a recording, that no live rep can be contacted at this number, and to be taken off the calling list that you need to answer the next call and tell the rep.

We finally DID answer the phone and they were calling on behalf of Honda to inquire about recent service. Since they said "on behalf", they could also be doing service surveys for other car companies. Even though we like to not "pick up" when we don't know the number, if they just keep calling and calling, just pick it up one time. That will probably end it. I'm sure they use some computerized dialer which is why ***ody is there at times. We had that happen with Sears warranty many times. They would call 10 times a day at all hours. I finally just picked it up and said, "no thank you, we don't want to extend the warranty and please don't call a***n" That was it...no more calls. So m**** of the story? Take 10 seconds to end weeks of annoyances :)

Honda Customer Satisfaction Survey. We had a state mandated annual safety inspection performed at a local Honda dealership. We are on state and federal do not call lists. I picked up to complain about being called, and the call was dropped. I called the number back. A recording said they do not leave messages, but will call back at least 6 times to reach a person to take their survey. A***n, we are on a do not call list. I called the dealer and left a "loud" message on their service.
