This is a scamp. They take over computers and place a fake virus on it then give you a number to call for Windows tech support. & charge a large amount to clean your computer. This particular number is used as a 6 month follow up number saying they are tech support a***n. When asked where they were calling from, they said, in an African accent, they were calling from California; although the number is from Vancleave, MS. I a***n told them I have turned them into the FBI and they ***g up on me,,,, A***N. What nerve to call me back 6 months later. I had to go inot my computer programs and delete their fake virus. These people need to be convicted....and placed in prison the first number they used was from the midwest.
