so tired of this number calling me. i did press the number to let them know i was not the person they are looking for. the calls stopped for about two months, now they s****ed a***n.

just s****ed receiving calls at our office from here. Direct Buy in Baton Royge. they ask for my husband but won't leave a message for him. They just **** up when I tell them he's busy.

Called my cell phone. Doesn't leave a message.

Calls for wrong person then Gets obscene, rude when u refuse to give your private info

Direct buy telemarketers. Wants people to come in and listen to a 90 minute presentation. So****ing is up with this company, told them I am not interested and to stop calling, they call mulitiple times a day back to back. VERY AGGRAVATING and aggressive.

This number called my house today and a recording said they were looking for someone who's name s****s with an "S" and last name Thomas, I couldn't understand what the first name was. It said to press 1 if you were that person so I pressed and no one was there. I get calls almost every other day from numerous collection agencies look for Sheryl Thomas, Shaquita Thomas, Shamika Thomas, Sharita Thomas and several other people who's names s**** with "S" and last name is Thomas. My first name s****s with "S" and madden name is Thomas and that's how I used to be listed in the phone book for my area. Every person that I spoke with that works for these collection agencies says "How do you know this wasn't this person's number before yours"? and I tell them "Because my name s****s with "S" and last name used to be Thomas and don't you think it's a little coincidental that 6 other people who have the same initials all used to have the same number, I know what y'all do, you can't get in touch with the person so you already know what city they live in and you look on the internet and s**** calling people with the same initials hoping you will find them"

Transfinancial has been calling my phone and they are looking for the above name mentioned.  Each time they were told that that person doesnt live at the number or address they are calling to.  They have ignored each attempt at being told they are calling the wrong person...  This company has also been told this number is listed on a do not call registry, They have been told that they are violating FDCPA.  Calling for people that do not reside at the number or dwelling they are calling to.  They were told that numerous occassions and they are still calling.. I was also told by them that they were to be told that they number they are calling is INVALID but they continue to call.  I guess Its now time to contact an attorney and sue for harrassment and violation of numerous acts in the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act.   The Number the are calling isnt the person they are looking for and here is a list of how often they called.3/25 6pm      225 236 1112  after this call they told me my number will be taken off the call list 4/04 426pm   225 236 1112 4/04 749pm   225 236 11124/04 808pm   225 236 11124/08 728pm   225 236 11124/12 341pm   225 236 11124/14 735pm   225 236 1112All of these calls were answered and told that this person doesnt not have this number they are calling and that they do not live at the dwelling they are calling to... It is direct buy in baton rouge, la. If you don't want them to call you anymore, then tell them to remove you from their call list.
